ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS

LEARN TO SKATE AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Preschool:
For Skaters 3-5yrs. No experience required. Learn to balance, move forward, backwards, glide and stop. Introductory program no experience required. Skaters are divided into groups based on skill level. Play with toys, sing, dance and play games while learning the fundamentals of skating! Participation ribbon is given end of session to preschool skaters. Pass levels and receive a report card with skaters progress. Each week we have a different theme game that is played the last rotation of lesson time. Example: hockey week! Format: 20 min lesson time, 10 min game time/fun time
New* skater to coach/assistant coach ratio 1:8 or less!


KidSkate:
For Skaters 6-12yrs. No experience required. Introductory Program, learn the FUNdamentals of skating! Skaters are taught to skate forward with gliding strides, backwards and stops. Learn how to use your edges and make turns. Skaters are divided into groups based on skill level. Earn ribbons and pass levels, receive a report card with skaters progress. Format:  5 min group warm up, 30 min lesson time with professional coaches(skaters rotate to groups) 5 min cool down. Each week we have a different theme game that is played the last rotation of lesson time. Example: hockey week!

Teen and Adult Session:
Adult Skate and Social. Never Skated? Played Hockey in the past and a little rusty? Join our Adult Skate Program! Skaters are divided into groups based on their skill level. Learn to Skate or brush up on your current skating skills. Great atmosphere with skaters who share similar skill levels and goals as you! Format: 10 min warm up/free time, 30 min lesson time with professional coaches, 10 min cool down/free time. Skaters receive progress sheets with skills you have been working on.
