Power +3on3 2013, 2014 Spring 5:40-6:25pm Sundays April 14th-June 16th 2024 (Intermediate to Advanced)

Join us at the Rec Centre Owen Sound for Power Skating & 3on3 scrimmage. Beginner and Advanced groups to choose from. 

Location: 700 10th Street East Owen Sound Julie Mcarthur Rec Centre (beside the YMCA)

Sundays April 14th-June 16th (no skating May 19th long weekend)

5:40-6:25pm 2013, 2014 Power +3on3 Intermediate to Advanced

Format: 45 minute fast paced session. 25 minutes of Power Skating followed by 20 minutes of 3on3 scrimmage. A perfect mix of development and fun while practicing social distancing with less interaction time. 3on3 makes you work harder. You will find not only does your skater get more puck time; they will also skate more and make faster decisions. We have a preschool option skate as well that is 30 minutes (no scrimmage but pucks and sticks allowed). 

We are currently capping at 24 skaters on the ice per category. If we find we fill sessions we may consider adding additional skate times. Skaters must register individually. There are no set "teams" your 24 players are your cohort each week. We can change players on teams each week to switch it up; but you are always exposed to your 24 players only. Our focus for the session is development and FUN!  

please note** Schedules are subject to change and time below are tentative. We will stay as close to the times as we can; however some adjustments may be made to accommodate ages groups and spring tryout sessions ect...

4:00-4:30pm Assisted Preschool Beginners 2-5yrs (parent on ice)

4:00-4:30pm Preschool Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced 3-6yrs (no parent)

4:40-5:20pm Kidskate (learn to skate) All levels 6-12yrs

Sundays April 14th-June 16th (no skating May 19th long weekend)

4:00-4:45pm Beginner Power +3on3 Ages 5-7yrs & 8-10yrs

4:45-5:30pm 2015, 2016 Power +3on3 Intermediate to Advanced

5:40-6:25pm 2013, 2014 Power +3on3 Intermediate to Advanced

6:35-7:20pm 2011, 2012 & 2009, 2010 Power + 3on3 Intermediate to Advanced
